By accessing or using the RainInfra platform (raininfra.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use of RainInfra constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates made to them.

About RainInfra

RainInfra is a real estate platform headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, that enables users to buy, sell and rent property. Our services include police-verified listings, online rental and sale agreements via e-sign, and secure enquiry routing between buyers, sellers, owners and brokers.

Use of Platform

You may use RainInfra only for lawful purposes related to genuine property transactions. You agree to provide accurate information when creating listings or enquiries, and to use contact details shared on the platform solely for the purpose of the relevant property transaction.

Property Listings & Verification

Listings on RainInfra pass through a police verification process intended to confirm the identity of the lister and the authenticity of the listing. While we take verification seriously, RainInfra acts as a platform and is not a party to any transaction. Buyers and tenants should independently verify title documents before completing any transaction.

• Sellers must own or be authorised to list the property they post.
• Listings must include accurate pricing, photographs and details.
• RainInfra may remove listings that fail verification or violate these terms.

User Accounts

To post a property or respond to enquiries you must create an account with a valid email and phone number, verified by OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to post fake or misleading listings, harass other users, scrape platform data, circumvent verification, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

The RainInfra name, logo, design and platform content are the property of RainInfra. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant RainInfra a licence to display it on the platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". RainInfra does not guarantee that any property will meet your requirements, and verification does not constitute a legal guarantee of title. Always conduct independent due diligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RainInfra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction initiated through it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@raininfra.com.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
